Representing The Bus Coalition, a national transit advocacy organization since 2015, CFM has secured more than $2.6 billion to modernize bus transit. CFM worked with Washington Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler who championed an amendment to the FAST Act and then pushed for additional funding in the congressional appropriations process in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. CFM played a role in encouraging creation of the Congressional Bus Caucus, which highlights bus transit innovations and the need for resources to keep the nation’s buses running.
