CFM is the only lobbying firm in the nation to secure US Department of Transportation BUILD/RAISE grants five years in a row. These grants enhanced vehicle and pedestrian safety and freight mobility. CFM helped Southwest Washington public agencies obtain two BUILD/RAISE grants – the Port of Longview ($16 million) in 2021 and City of Ridgefield ($5.8 million) in 2020. Previously, CFM secured three BUILD/TIGER grant awards in Oregon for Port of Morrow ($19.4 million), City of Medford ($15.5 million) and Marion County ($8.1 million).
