
Kate assists the CFM partners in advocating for client objectives at the federal level, including supporting clients in grant applications and coordinating with Congressional and agency staff. Kate joined CFM after working as an advisor at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where she oversaw Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s briefing book and reviewed Departmental correspondence and grant packages. She was also an organizer on President Biden’s 2020 coordinated campaign and a research coordinator at Crooked Media. Now based in Washington, D.C., Kate grew up in Medfield, Massachusetts and graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in History and Literature.
