
Tara is a Legislative Assistant with CFM’s Federal Affairs team. Prior to joining CFM, Tara was a Research Assistant for the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, predominantly assisting with the Thomas R. Carper Water Resources Development Act of 2024. She is a native of Forest Grove, Oregon and a graduate of Willamette University with a degree in politics, policy, law, and ethics.
