Zack leads CFM’s municipal practice at the state level and manages clients in the local government and general business areas. He joined CFM in 2017 after working for seven years for several Oregon lawmakers and serving a fellowship as staff to the Oregon Coastal Caucus. A native of Corvallis, Zack earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Willamette University and a master’s degree in public policy from Oregon State University.
